FAQ

Can I get a second opinion online?

It depends on your case and the hospital, but online consultations are possible in some cases. Please tell us your situation first.

What medical records do I need?

A medical report, test results, and CT/MRI images help things go smoothly. Please reach out even if you don't have everything.

How much does it cost?

Costs depend on your case, the format, and the hospital. As a guide:

  • Easy-to-start options such as an online second opinion: from around ¥100,000
  • We also offer full-support plans that cover an in-person visit to Japan, an interpreter at your side, and transfers

We always confirm the final cost before anything starts, and proceed only after you agree.

Can you guarantee treatment in Japan?

Whether treatment is possible is decided by the hospital, so we cannot guarantee it. We start by checking the possibilities and options with you.

How long does it take to hear back?

Once your records are ready, we can usually tell you whether consultation is possible within about 1–2 weeks (this varies by hospital).

How do I get started?

Send us a short note on WhatsApp about your symptoms or diagnosis. You can share medical records later.
